What will happen to my old Needle POINTS?

You can still redeem your old Needle POINTS up until May 12th. After that date, any existing Needle Points will expire. But don’t worry, you’ll start off with 150 free points in our new Seamless Xperience program. See more FAQ below.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Seamless Xperience is Stitch It’s free customer loyalty program. With every purchase, members earn points that can be redeemed for rewards across all our stores. Members also unlock Status Levels and earn year-long perks based on annual in-store spend amounts. 

Members earn 500 points for every $25 spent in stores. Our store associates will let you know when you have a reward you can use during a transaction. A  current list of the rewards available to be used at our stores can be found at stitchit.com/rewards 

You can upgrade your Status Level based on the amount you spend at Stitch It stores between January 1st-December 31st

Yes, membership is completely free! Just visit a Stitch It near you to get started.

You’ll be automatically enrolled into our loyalty program on your first visit to Stitch It, no signup necessary! You can start earning points on your very first visit, and you’ll receive 150 free points as well. We’ll only need your phone number and/or email address to get you started.  

Anyone can join The Seamless Xperience program! Membership is available to one account per individual for personal, non-commercial use.  Corporate accounts are not eligible for membership.

Yes, your account will be active at any one of our locations! This means you can access your rewards and Status Level perks no matter where you go.

Our associates are able to update your contact information at any one of our locations. You can ask them to update your information during your next visit.

Only one reward can be used per transaction. They cannot be combined with any other discount such as in-store promotions or exclusive offers sent to Gold & Platinum members. The only two Status Level perks that can be combined with rewards, exclusive offers, and in-store promotions are the “24-hour extension on in-store sales” (Silver, Gold, and Platinum members) and “free rush service for pant hems” (Platinum members).

Yes, your points will expire after 365 days of inactivity. As long as you visit Stitch It within 365 days of your last purchase, your points will remain in-tact. Your Status Level will reset every year on December 31st. 

To give customers a more personalized and rewarding experience, we ended the Needle POINTS program and introduced a new loyalty program: The Seamless Xperience. Customers will start fresh in our new program with 150 free points on their first visit.
