1. The Seamless Xperience Program was developed as a loyalty program for our customers who visit Stitch It’s retail stores and purchase products and/or clothing alterations services.
2. Points will be awarded on all purchases made at participating locations, with the exception of Stitch It Gift Cards or any other items specified as exclusions from time to time. Points will be awarded as follows: Eligible purchases, before taxes: $1.00 spent = 25 points. Points will expire if the customer doesn’t make a purchase within 365 days of their last purchase.
3. Status Levels are based on annual spend in one calendar year. $100-$199.99 spend: Silver, $200-$299.99 spend: Gold, and $300+ spend: Platinum. Status levels are valid for the remainder of the calendar year that they were earned. All status levels expire on December 31st at 11:59PM.
4. By redeeming points for rewards and using status level perks, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Stitch It’s privacy policy and statement. Rewards and status level perks are for personal use only. Business corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, groups, or associations may not register.
5. Rewards and status level perks are not transferable from one account to another and may only be used for your own purchases.
6. The Seamless Xperience members will be responsible to pay all applicable taxes on the rewards redeemed, either through the redemption of additional rewards or direct payment to Stitch It.
7. When points have been redeemed your account will be reduced by the number of points used at that time. Rewards may not be returned for cash.
8. Stitch It assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, defect, injury, death or expense relating to any rewards.
9. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards and status level perks cannot be sold or purchased and may not be exchanged, gifted, bartered, mortgaged or made subject to any security interest or charge.
10. Stitch It reserves the right to change or discontinue the Seamless Xperience program at any time, without advance notice. In the event of discontinuing the Seamless Xperience program, Stitch It will attempt to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to you, within which you may redeem any outstanding points.
11. All point totals, as shown on the POS at each individual store, will be deemed to be correct, unless otherwise determined by Stitch It. Discrepancies must be addressed with Stitch It within thirty (30) days of the date the discrepancy occurred.
12. Stitch It is not responsible for any errors or omissions with regard to the Seamless Xperience program. Stitch It is also not responsible for any lost or unauthorized use of points or for any redemption of rewards in the Seamless Xperience program.
13. It is the customers’ responsibility to inform Stitch It of any changes to your name, phone number, or email address to ensure points are accumulated accurately.
14. Any failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions or any violation, fraud or abuse of the Seamless Xperience program may result in forfeiture of all points and possible termination of the Member’s account without compensation as deemed appropriate and necessary by Stitch It.
15. The Seamless Xperience program is void where prohibited by federal, provincial, or local law.
16. Stitch It will not be liable or responsible in any member for any tax consequences which may arise from any participation in the Seamless Xperience program.
17. Points, rewards, and status level perks will be forfeited upon the closure of a Seamless Xperience Member account.
18. Rewards and status level perks may not be redeemed by Associates of Stitch It Canada’s Tailor or spouse, partner, or anyone benefitting from the Associates Discount Program.
19. Exclusions apply to rewards and status level perks. They are subject to change based on availability. Dry cleaning offers applicable only at select locations. Reward-specific terms and conditions will be updated on the rewards page.
20. Status level perks, redeemable rewards, in-store sales, and any other coupons or offers cannot be combined.
