Service Guarantee

All workmanship quality is covered by our 30 Day Fit Guarantee! If we make an error, we’ll make things right.

• • If possible, at no cost to you, we’ll immediately fix the alteration.

If we cannot fix the alteration:

• • We’ll reimburse the amount you paid for the garment if you have the original receipt; or
  • We’ll reimburse you for the garment at a fair and mutually-agreed upon amount.

Stitch It will keep the garment if you receive reimbursement.

Product Guarantee

Items that are unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days when accompanied by the original receipt.

Reliable Products that are not functioning properly must be returned to Reliable. See packaging for additional details.
